Old Dell Latitude LM166 Laptop - doesn’t boot from CD with deli-0.7.2 or other distros

Does boot installer for CD from floppy drive for other distros, usually based on http://syslinux.zytor.com/

Does not boot with deliboot.dsk (written with ntrawrite)

Instead L 99 99 99 99 99 … appear on screen?
